Q: Can 3s lipo battery be used in this crawler

Vlack Yes it can take 3S or 2S as stated in the Esc itself. You just need to move the jumper from NIMH ti Lipo. When 3S is connected and the jumper is in the proper position you will ear 3 beeps when turning it on meaning the Esc recognizes the 3S.
