Q: how does this work with Phoenix 5.0? I see all the instructions for real flight but none for Phoenix. How do you connect it and where do you download the software?

BG398124023 Itsall on the disc its the one under realflight click it and follow instructions make sure the usb toggle is set to Phoenix I have just installed it today,

The governor function stopped working after the first run up. It still works without the governor just use manual throttle curves.

Q: can and how do you use this with Flysky receivers?

Ned i think you can't use this whith flysky receivers or use a multiprotocole module

They are too big to fit in the socket heads. I don’t know if they need braking in or what but they will strip out the heads if used like this.

purchased my first one of these over four years ago and it is still going strong. Orded another one for parts . This is a basic radio but it has everything that you need to fly any aircraft. I fly everything from a WL Toys V912 (my first helicopter) to my Trex 550 flys excellent with it. The range of this thing is excellent and the receivers are cheap. It is very strong and after 4 years the only thing broken was the spring for the sticks. They are easy to replace or you could just resend them and reuse it. my only complaint about this radio is two things. There is no way to use the three position switch for flight mode without flashing modded software on it. I wish that I could assign more than one idle ups to a switch. my second complaint is the annoying beep the transmitter make every 30 second if you don’t move a stick it should have a at least 5 minuets standby before it starts beeping. However very good radio.

will not sound when you turn off the transmitter only beeps once when you plug it in. Bought three of these thinking that something like this was a good idea but none of them works.

Q: did anyone figure out how to make these things work? I can’t get mine to go off when you turn off the TX. I have a FlySky i6 transmitter.

Appallo Well I guess no one knows how to make these things work. All of these lost airplane alarms suck they don’t ever work the way they should. They either won’t turn on or won’t turn off. Can someone please make one that works?

Purchase this one for parts just Incase my current one brakes I have been using for about five years now. For the price these radios are amazing I use it with all my helicopters and planes. It’s range is excellent and fore all the years that I have been using it I did not have any problems except one one of the springs on the roll stick broke but it was an easy fix. If you are into quads you can flash 10ch unto it from the internet doesn’t work right with helicopters. Never needed a spectrum radio because this one does everything I need and I don’t need a bunch of satellite revivers because it has two antennas on the receiver. I hope they keep selling this one forever.

very nice blades and package good such that it did not have any issues when it arrived. The description said that the blades were 335mm but they are the same size as my maverick 325mm blades don’t know where they get the 335mm from.
