Q: De acuerdo a la imagen el artículo que venden es el posa pié con los brazos que sujetan el conjunto al cuadro de la moto, yo realicé la compra con esa idea pero sólo me enviaron los posapiés con las llaves allen, deseo me aclaren esta situación.

Q: El artículo que está en venta es el mismo que aparece en las imágenes o sólo es el posa pié? es decir, no se incluyen los brazos que sujetan la pieza al cuadro de la moto.

Q: According to the image, the item they sell is the standing pose with the arms that hold the set to the motorcycle frame, I made the purchase with that idea but they only sent me the footrests with the Allen keys, I wish to clarify this situation.

No recibí lo que se aprecia en la imagen, sólo me enviaron los pedales, quiero hacer una reclamación ya que yo deseaba el conjunto completo.
