It handles well and its speed is pretty good. However, unlike the reviewer who linked a video, I didn't do big jumps and still ended up with a bent shock so that's the main problem I have with the vehicle.

bikoukumori Look for a battery with a tamiyo connector. I'm not sure what voltage or mAH you need but that's where I'd start.

Q: What's the battery connector? Is there any adaptor for Loci or t plug?

Ricomon It's a small Tamiya plug. It doesn't come with any adapters, but the wires are long enough to replace the plugs with connectors of your choice.

So far I've enjoyed the laptop. The keyboard is missing a few keys and the FN key is basically reversed so the actual F-1 through F-12 keys can only be used by hitting that key which is annoying as I'm used to only needing that key to occasionally mess with volume and such. No Page Up, Page Down, Home or End key is annoying as well. SharpKeys at least let's me used F4 as I'm used to but anything else I have to do a couple attempts to get right cause I'm not thinking about the FN key. And the BIOS does not allow you to change that. From what I've seen there is no customer support from the company so be prepared to dig up stuff from forums if you run into trouble. I'd still recommend the computer as long as you didn't try to advance stuff with it.

This is my first heli. It takes a little getting used to but it's not bad. I like that I can use several of the batteries I have from smaller planes. It's fallen from a few feet up without damage so it appears quite crash resistant.

Q: Does the sky king now have ailerons? in one of the pictures where the wings have been removed it appears there is a little plug on the wing indicating an aileron connection

Received quickly. Easy to assemble. Flew ok but I wish the prop was like the Warbirds with the prop saver. For a beginner I'd suggest getting one of the Warbirds or the Volantex Sport Cub 500 since their props are far more forgiving of crashes.

It does what it's supposed to. This plus a relatively cheap Rx is cheaper than some of the other gyro Rxs I've seen.

It takes some getting used to because it doesn't fly entirely like a drone. The transition to plane flight isn't bad but the controls could be better. Be sure to tighten the prop nuts. I had one fly off mid flight and couldn't find it. The propeller wasn't far from where the craft landed. If anyone knows the size for the nut I'd really appreciate it.

Easy to put together. My only complaint is the battery connection. I've got plenty of loci batteries but I haven't seen this connection before. And apparently adapters for it aren't common.

Once you switch it from the normal mode to the fast mode it gets interesting. The center of gravity could be closer to the ground cause it has a tendency to flip if you turn too fast. It's generally fun to drive if you can manage the speed. The only thing I've had the biggest trouble with is one of the wires to the battery connection was not properly connected to the terminal and it has a tendency to slip off if it flips too much. The heatsink could have also been of better quality. Also would have liked a little more information about the neutral switch. In one setting it behaves normal but in the other there's no reverse and feels very unnecessary.

It came in a box for a Cessna with a sticker slapped on that says Beaver PNP. The assembly instructions are also for a Cessna although they did seem to go along the same line. The battery cover feels a bit cheap to me. Also there's limited space for a receiver and the wiring is fairly visible through the cockpit windows. The tail dragger is just a plastic cross with a wheel attached. It slid in fairly well but when I went to glue it in with CA the foam was eaten. There's a bit of a pit there but hot glue should resolve it, I hope.

Fully assembled it looks great. The kit comes with 7 sets of snaps that you glue in for the cockpit, the fuselage cover behind the cockpit and the motor cover. Hot glue only lasts so long under that stress and CA didn't work out. I'm swapping at least 2 out for magnets. Instructions are purely in Mandarin but the pictures can get you along in leaps and bounds if you've done any assembly before.
