Usually I wait longer for these things to arrive from China. Shipping was really fast! From my understanding Emax are one supplier to who really values their customers feedback/advice. So what I am sharing are NOT critical issues, just pointers for Emax to consider? Here are the changes that I have made that I feel if they were included, would make this thing the ultimate micro! 1. A slight change to the canopy design to allow more protection to the FPV camera (I have made a peak/visor out of an old credit card with 2 tiny holes and it basically sits in between the camera and canopy and can rotate forward and back along with the adjustable tilt of the camera - I used carbon vinyl wrapped to make mine look the part) Refer to Picture 1 for reference. 2. I've taken the time to completely RF shielded every component on this quad (quite fiddly to do) to aid frequency interference that seems to be an issue with all quads, not just this one. I used proper RF shield used in computer components (Apple iMac) for this purpose (difficult to see but refer to Picture 5 to see it protecting the VTx transmitter) 3. I carefully turned the capacitor to the side to save it from being damaged. This design from all reviews seems to be fine left as it is but Emax should consider doing as per Picture 2 4. I rerouted the wiring and plug configuration to allow all plugs to be servicable on one side of the quad and all channel selection for radio and VTx to be on the other side of the quad. Nothing needed to be cut or modified for this, but it is neater in my opinion. Refer to Pictures 3 and 4 5. The wires to the motors should really be retained to aid with hooking them should you crash. Some people use heat shrink, I simply used black electrical tape. Refer to picture 1 6. The last thing is just something I always feel is lacking on quads and that is full cross over battery strap. I have utilised a full sized strap from a larger quad to run full length of the battery as well as retaining the factory strap. This should allow the battery to remain fully fastened to the quad no matter how serious the accident and no matter what direction the impact is from. Picture 5 possible best displays how I have done this Please Note: None of the above is completely necessary Thanks Emax and I will recommend this supplier for anyone looking to purchase a quality product!
