razorbenke92 As far as I know Australia uses 230VAC, so it will be fine. You need to select the version (UK US EU) based on the electrical boxes at your switches. EU version goes into round boxes, UK version needs square boxes, US version uses long square boxes.

razorbenke92 Depends on the type of the shutter, but works with most of 230VAC (or 110VAC) shutters. I am using a 2CH US type (even in Europe) for every roller shutters in my house. US version, because it has vertical button alignment, making it easier to distinguish UP and DOWN. I am using it for a shutter, that has L_up, L_down, E(arth) and N(eutral). Make sure to activate the "Interlock" function in the app. This mode will prevent UP and DOWN to be turned on at the same time (that can damage most of the motors).

Q: can it do other colors than the picture?

Asked by Kris on 2020-02-07 11:32:23

razorbenke92 It can! Just use an RGBW controller instead of an RGB one. RGBW need 4x24bit instead of 3x24bit due to the additional W channel.

Q: Why can't I put all the LEDs in one color?

Asked by Poliguapo on 2020-06-03 01:59:52

razorbenke92 RGBW needs different controller than normal RGB. Once you are using a proper controller that sends 4x24bit instead of 3x24bit it will work.
