Coops THERE IS NO PAIRING MODE - This device DOES NOT PAIR with the phone! You don't need to or want the phone to connect or pair with the UD18. Simply follow the instructions, and do not worry about pairing. STEP 1 Completely close and exit the APP using Phone task switcher. STEP 2 VERY IMPORTANT - you must UNPAIR the UD18 from your phone. STEP 3 Make sure that the App has the required permissions, as per instructions - so that phone can SEE the UD18 as a Bluetooth device. But DEFINITELY DO NOT PAIR the UD18 using the phone! STEP 4 Plug UD18 into the power bank so it powers up. STEP 5 Open the APP. STEP 6 Tap the bluetooth icon at the top left of the App screen, then on next screen make the connection to UD18. SOLUTION = Stop trying to pair, because if your phone does pair to the device then the App cannot and will not connect. What you describe of solid blue LED is what happens when your phone is paired to the UD18. SUMMARY = Just follow the instructions, don't over-think things LOL Forget about it being a bluetooth device and forget everything you normally do with bluetooth devices. Is that clear enough for you?
