kabener Hi energy measurement also works fine in ZHA however the trick is to add the respective summarize sensor to the recorder. If you do not add it to the recorder you will not see it in the dropdown list unfee energy in Home Assistant. I was struggling at first as well but found this to be the issue and thus also the solution to the problem!

As advertised, basic switching works with Home Assistant ZHA and ConBee II stick. Hold button for a longer period, then release to initiate pairing process. Support for energy measurement in ZHA is work in progress still. The manual mentions something about an app and WiFi, which I did not even try given that this is a ZigBee product.
