Consumer from Australia - product is good, they are thoughtful to provide international adapter, very well built but disappointed as it is not multiple colour changing rgb. Only shows one light at the time. I rated bad for customer service and logistics as item status was shown shipped but took me 4-5 consultants to find out that the item was not shipped approximately 2-3 weeks to resolve. You have to be extremely patient with the consultant as you will need to wait 48 hrs for response everytime. In addition to that, I have to wait again for the item to arrive after it was shipped again. If you need the item urgently, before to select aus instead of cn for warehouse. They compensated me with usd $2 which I thought it was useless as I wanted to receive my item asap due to Xmas. They have provided fast delivery instead of points as item has been paid and I mentioned multiple times that this is a xmas present. Pass on feedback but I reckon the follow up process will be the same.

The package has no damage at all. Getting it shipped to Australia was an easy transition
