The A959 metal chassis was delivered after 3 weeks to my home. Everything is fully assembled except the servo horn and rudder which are included in a separate packet. Although the pinion gear and set screw are pictured, they are NOT inlcuded which is disappointing. The front and rear differential housing are plastic and the base plate is carbon fiber. The build quality is solid and the blue anodized aluminum looks sexy.

Q: Can the 2838 motor handle the load of a 100% metal A959 chassis? What are the advantages and disadvantages of using the 3600KV vs 4500KV version? Which seat should be used for mounting the 2838 motor, 380 or 540?

weisy Hello. i use the original 390 seat mount modified, and with de gear of 540 motor with 3.17mm saft diameter and 38T spur gear. 3600kv i think not sure!!! is more powerfull at low rpm. i have 4500kv and work fine, is crazy! i no have 100% metal chasis only the base and front tower and the wheels, 3s lipo 115grams and lift the front wheels if you use full throtle.

The A959 metal chassis bottom was delivered after 3 weeks to my home. As mentioned by other reviewers, it is URUAV and NOT JINGXI as pictured, and the front end is BENT, which is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! I should receive a refund or a free replacement!

The 2845 3930KV brushless motor and 35A ESC were delivered after 3 weeks to my home. I haven't tested them out yet, but everything looks perfect.
