chaplm Have you used the correct type of batteries. They shoud be 18650 'pointed head' batteries. Flat head will not work! Can I suggest you raise the camera to a higher, more appropriate position.

shahram72 There are no wired included or slide connectors on the bracket. How are you connecting this to the power at the doorbell?

shahram72 No there are no contacts to connect it to. Even tho it is shown in the pictures.
