the truck looks neat and comes with battery, ready to run. the transmitter needs only three 1.5v batteries. however, for the price it should have some LED lights in front and back and the plastic quality should be much better. the plastic is too soft for RC car. the shocks are only springs, there is no damper or anything. the shocks plastic body is only a tube with a screw inside and the spring carries the weight. but you can fit some real RC dampers if you want to increase the price further. see picture. to be clear, this is not a hobbygrade RC truck, it's a toygrade. you can't put your own receiver or servo in, if you want to convert it to hobby transmitter, you must buy 4 individual ESCs, a servo, a 5channel receiver and need to know how to programm the transmitter to make the wheels drive the way it needs to be. the second set of wheels appear to be good quality, you should definitely choose to get the second wheels. the mecanum wheels are only 9 rollers, they drive as if you have square wheels, if there would be 12 rollers it could be better and won't shake that much. the mecanum action is quite unique for a RC car, that's a selling point. some of the rollers spin easily, others not at all, there is too much size difference in them, it won't drive streight at all, the 5wire steering servo goes only 20 degree to left or right, and there is too much play in all links on the truck. The battery is good for only 5 to 10 minutes and the battery compartment won't hold a bigger battery, there is no easy solution, it's probably the best to buy more batteries, however, you need a screwdriver to change batteries. it's a toy. and of course there are no ball bearings, only metal bushings and plastic hubs, even the dogbones and gears are plastic. it shakes and rattles and is very slow, but still good fun for some reason. and no, it can't do 3S. The mecanum wheels make it fun, but only inside the house, the mecanum wheels are too shaky and loud on the street, and too slow.
