You can download the firmware package in https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TuOLmeLHOnn6ASQqjQ1wLr3z-OFafS9g/view And Do the following steps: 1.Copy the file npcupg_bin to the tf card root directory 2.Disconnect the ipc power supply, press and hold the reset button about 5 seconds to power on , and then release the reset button. 3. The device would start to upgrade and please do not be powered off during the upgrade process.
