Q: Does this PCB support the open QMK firmware?

BG159305102 itdepends on what type of keyboard you have but im assuming that it will. You dont really want to put any sort of firmware on this keyboard though, it will mess with the lighting and the adjustments made internally.

Q: Will this fit a RK61 keyboard?

BG159305102 Anykeyboard with as OEM profile (so yes the rk61) will do. Although, i dont recommend putting these on a keyboard for too long. The color of my switches started to come off on the keycaps and the keycaps are detrimentally warped. Its really easy to unwarp tho so dont worry about that.
