Q: My clock now has blank screens after trying to upload from the software, is there a way to factory reset the clock

Nice product and easy to build, the software is questionable depending on where u bought it from i.e. China or EU warehouse. I had to search the internet for a version that would work in with Windows 10. DO NOT use the software from the official makers of the product as this will cause the screens to go blank and then u will have to reset the firmware

Q: could someone post software that actually changes the clock faces for customers who bought this from the UK warehouse. The software in the link provided does not work on Windows 10 anymore

Q: he item has stopped displaying any images, I tried uploading a new clock face and the clock reset and is now blank and I cannot select the other faces Retro and Punk from the menu as they have also gone. Is there software available to correct this, I think there is a fault in the software provided on the link.
