Only down side is that no-load voltage was not quite 12vdc (11.84vdc) and under half current load (4.76A) it drops to 11.64vdc No sign of Australian safety compliance certification Price and supply were excellent

The seller There is no security certificate to provide, but there is no problem in using it.

Excellent little intro kit. The only problem was that the purchase process was not clear and apparently offered TWO OPTIONS. NOT ALL the components shown in the main sales image are supplied at purchase, so somehow I wound up with the unwanted version of the kit which was missing the electronic temperature controller (thermostat) and instead supplied the electronic thermometer. I had to then identify and buy the digital thermostat separately.
