TF38 greetings the 90-120 degree version can, the 180 would be running into the endstops of the steering hubs K.

TF38 3mm or close to it, the axles are strong but they are not fully machined, hence the slight difference in holes and straightness

TF38 these tires are slightly bigger in diameter then wpl or jjrc 1:16 truck tires and are wider the wheels take the hexagonal 6mm adapter the wheels would give more speed and more traction, they will also increase the load on the motor so be aware of this. if they fit a wltoys a959b i do not know as i do not have a wltoys a959b
