This is basically a handheld NES with no saves. It does not actually have 500 games (lots of duplicates) but there are 100s so that's not a deal breaker at all. It's as cheap feeling as you'd expect but it's not terrible at all for this price. The screen looks good, it runs games pretty smooth and it has quite a few titles that NES fans would be familiar with. Contra, Mario 3, excitebike, double dragon, etc, etc. Not a complete rom set by any means but there's a lot here for under $20. Good for a quick 80s gaming nostalgia trip or easy enough to use for a small child to enjoy. For anyone really into retro games, get something that can at least save your game, this cannot. That's not an issue for most of these games, but there are some longer RPGs and such in there. Volume button has 4 levels (off/quiet/good/more than speaker can handle). Standard micro-usb port for power. Mine came with rainbow buttons on main unit and controller (not all black like in pic). It resets/loads up very quickly. Hard to complain about this unit for under $17 (USD). Any missing features are completely justified by the price. It's mostly good for little kids and nostalgic novelty. Any serious retro gamer needs something like an RG300 or RG350. I'm putting this in the bathroom. It's perfect for a 2-5 minute..... gaming session. Actual star rating: 5 star value. 2 star quality. 2 star appearance. (3.33 average, but this is not a "3 star" unit for $17, it's a 4 or 5)

Q: what is PU leather

Jerry_in_WA It's left-over (actual) leather bits combined together with polyurethane. If you ever had a leather chair start to peel in a year or two, it was because it was"PU" leather. Some places try to pass it off as being leather and the "PU" is buried in the fine print, but the price lets you know. They can't mass produce a real leather wallet for $5. (etc)

This is a fantastic retro gaming handheld. It looks high quality, it feels great to hold and the screen looks good from any angle. It plays so many things well, including PS1 roms. (if they will even start, I'm having about 75% success). It doesn't have the most wonderful interface, and if you want to change that, you need to be comfortable messing with the software. It's not a deal breaker, in fact, the versatility of this unit is great. You can basically add anything you want within the emulator realm. But it's not for the technically challenged. The HDMI out is only available to the beta firmware right now and works on some, but not all devices (I can attest to that). It says max SD card is 64GB but I added a 128GB card with no issues. FYI: formatting a 64/128/256GB card to fat32 needs special software in windows. I use Filezilla to access the internal card.
