When i ordered it ( 28th of Jan.) it was under restocking and after that the shipping day was changing every 2-3 days .So reaching first days of March and getting upset cos the machine was on sale again since the end of Feb., i contacted Bangood and the problem solved in 3 days ...I received it today from Germany (the factory is in CZ ) After putting parts together i test it on a piece of wood 10cm x 2cm .After relising that i had put the chain the wrong way i did the its first cut ...The machine cut the wood in secs with no problem at all... No need to press hard or it will stop .. .. I beleive it can very easily cut a 10cm piece of wood with no problem at all .. ..The batteries received fully charged and next step is to check how long a fully charged battery last ..for the price of 42euros for the 2 batteries version its really really worth it ..

Product arrived on time (considering the covid delays ) .I did try but still i have to leard the depth and thickness of the wood for each size of beads...Appart of that it works perfectly ...I did use different nkinds of wood ,soft to very hard and it didnt have any problem on cutting ...

It arrived about 5 days late but with the coronovirus problems it is acceptable i guess...This is the complete package as it looks ..I did the test and it works fine to me ...but as you can see from the pics it works better with Transparent Tracing paper than normal A4 photocopy or print paper ..The thicker the paper then less light gets thru ( its obvious )....Thank you Bangood..

Arrived on time as usually ...I tested the larger bit and it works fine...as for all the bits when you use em they needs lubrication (water or soap water ) during use , if you want em to last longer....!!!

Product received in just 12 days .Excellent quality product .It has alot of power but a lil luck of Bass i.I personally ,am going to use em with my Laptop where the main speakers are almost dead ...So they are more than enough..Worth buying them and in such price a very good deal...
