Q: Are these caps dye sub or laser engraving?

Pingping97 nope. one of the picture clearly shows copper legs which indicates Contact Switch not optical.

Q: will this work on Kailh switches?

Pingping97 well it fits mine no problem. I have Kailh Box Jade RETOOLED and NovelKey Cream made by Kailh. Both fits fine(Cream switch stem is a bit thicker than boxes)

Pingping97 romer g has different stem mount. Most keycaps in the market are MX mount.

Pingping97 I use GEEK GK61 DIY (NOT OPTICAL SWITCH). if you mean the same one then it is likely NO. I just remove my Geek GK61 case the screws holes was not in the same position. I might be wrong since I just compare my thing to the picture.

Pingping97 Wanglijie, he meant if it is olde version or retooled one because old one have fat stem that break keaycaps, retooled one fix the stem and dont break caps.

caykahve Theyare laser engraved. I would coat them very lightly with some protectors if I were you.
