Q: Can it be plugged into a normal USA standard (i think 110 ) outlet and function completely ?

jeever The device I ordered came with a 230 V adapter. But maybe orders from the USA automatically include an American adapter.

jeever Go to the Settings menu and choose the Language option. Choose English there.

jeever Great device for translating Chinese manuals A lot of Chinese products (unfortunately) only come with a Chinese manual. I use the Boeleo S35 OCR reader for translating these manuals into English. The device works perfectly for this. Just scan a paragraph of the text with the pen and a moment later the English translation is on the screen. Unfortunately, I was unable to connect the device to my WiFi network. However, the basic functions are fully adequate for my applications as a reviewer of Chinese equipment.
