Q: how do i know the +/- on the capacitor? iT only has i side with text en no different in the size of the 2 metal wires? i think the site with the letters is the ground?

Troy Fridley It looks like a capacitor, but it is not. Give it a shake, it should rattle. That component is actually a movement switch and it has no polarity.
