The unit arrived fully discharged, even could not turn on. I plugged to AC wall connector to charge, but charging won't ever finish. More than 10 hours still 3rd LED flashing. I contacted customer support and wanted to return. However I gave a last chance to the powerbank, I made a kind of reset. I pushed power button for 30s and then loop connected the usb output for 10s. Then fully discharged the battery with a 40w lamp bulb. The power bank is pretty powerful, stated capacity should be real! After that Inhad luck, the power station charged to full without problem in 8hours from wall outlet and finished charge at 4 LED. The performance is really good, the materials and build quality is also fine. The attached EU adapter is useless. Overall good purchase.

(bought two on accident so will have to return one of them but consider this review as an edit) this is really the best 300W power station I've ever bought. ofc it can't power up powerful electronics (like heaters) but other stuff works well when plugged into this small machine
