Well my experience for my first purchase was terrible. Waiting for the fryer at home, it never came. Then I got as I could in contact with them pq put all in English) that they passed by home and that I was not, that they notified me that they passed and where was the fryer. It's totally fake since I work from home and I didn't move from it. I wasn't warned where they left the fryer either. They didn't know either. amazing, they said to contact me DHL from Germany pq they couldn't do it! Isn't it amazing? I finally found her and say that it is a good fryer but that experience made me doubt a lot of this store..once and never ever.

Bueno mi experiencia por mi primera compra fue pésima. Esperando la freidora en casa, nunca llegó. Luego me puse como pude en contacto con ellos pq ponía( todo en inglés) que pasaron por casa y que yo no estaba, que me notificaron que pasaron y dónde estaba la freidora. Cosa totalmente falsa ya que trabajo desde casa y no me moví de ella. Tampoco fui advertida a donde dejaron la freidora. Ellos tampoco lo sabían. increíble, dijeron de ponerme en contacto con DHL de Alemania pq ellos no podían hacerlo! No es increíble?? Por fin la encontré y decir que es buena freidora pero esa experiencia me hizo dudar mucho de esta tienda ..una vez y nunca jamás.
