It took us a couple hours time to turn the kettle on - until we found out that the adaptor that was sent together with the kettle was broken. After changing the adaptor it worked! its quite easy to turn it on and off, but a little clumsy with the app. It logs you out all the time so every time you need to use the kettle you have to log in again. We didn't like that it looks exactly like our trash bin, though.
