I ordered a model up to 1600*C as described in this offer, however I received a basic model with a range of up to 550*C. Before I received the product the offer was changed to a lower model and Banggood automatically changed my order to a model up to 550*C. In the screenshot attachment from my auction. Buying here is like gambling. I never know what I'm gonna get. Yeah, you're smart with marketing tricks, but lying has short legs. I don't want to complain halfway around the world anymore, and I don't like gambling. It's not my first job on Banggood anymore, so I'm definitely saying goodbye.

Zamówiłem model do 1600*C tak jak opisywała to oferta, jednak otrzymałem podstawowy model z zakresem do 550*C. Zanim otrzymałem produkt została zmieniona oferta na niższy model i Banggood automatycznie zmienił moje zamówienie na model do 550*C. W załączniku screenshot z mojej aukcji. Kupowanie tu jest jak gra hazardowa. Nigdy nie wiem co dostanę. Tak, jesteście cwani stosując sztuczki marketingowe, ale kłamstwo ma krótkie nogi. Na reklamacje przez pół świata nie mam już ochoty a hazardu nie lubię. To już nie pierwszy mój zawód na Banggood więc się raczej definitywnie żegnam.

As you can see on the attached photos, the product info was originally 1600Celsius. Also on the Photo off the thermometer, you can read 2912Fahrenheit. But I received a 550Celsius thermometer, the customer service agent told me that the advertisement had not been altered & that I was wrong. When I sent the photo proof, the case was escalated to another department. The info about the changes made to the add. should be clearly visible to both the customer & especially visible to the customer agent!

I was very satisfied with the purchase glad I waited for shipping the product looks great hopefully last over time
