Shocking service. Customer service couldnt tell me anything about the shipping and the reps would ignore my request but it was in local DHL centre for 5 days without a single notification from banggood or DHL. I had to use an external tracking company to hunt down my parcel and use them to arrange collection from DHL__Parcel was collected, well packaged and solidly build. It was plug and play. So, overall happy with the product, unhappy with the delivery service.
