Required shortening of the x-axis belt for the correct fitment of the part. Moved the brass ferrule about 10mm in and re-crimped it. Worked perfectly thereafter.

Good material and appearance, but poor production calculation, the equipment barely fits the 2020 profile, the drilling has 5mm more than necessary, the second screw has almost no space to tighten.

The length of the tension bolt is short enough to make the stroke, and the designed stroke is not utilized. The photo shows a 40mm bolt, but 35mm seems to be enough.

looks very good, feels high quality, came out of the box without any issues, the screws to mount them on the profile are standard T slot nuts and mount easily this product makes it really easy to adjust the belt tension, which is the purpose but still, somewhat a must have upgrade for every (especially Cartesian) 3D printer

Excellent upgrade, I had made a printed model however it was crooked and damaging the belt, this model is tailored and features a pulley to guide the belt, different from the original that only uses a bearing. Perfect.

excelente upgrade, eu havia feito um modelo impresso porém estava torto e danificando a correia, esse modelo é sob medida e conta com uma polia para guiar a correia, diferente do original que usa só um rolamento. perfeito.
