Both computers arrived and are functional. Shipping took a while, but I suppose that is to be expected given the distances involved, COVID-19, and all the other things going on in the world right now. The only complaint I have is that my order was made with DDR4-2933 memory and instead I received the slower DDR4-2666 memory. I tried contacting customer service on the same day I received notice that the package had been shipped (with the wrong memory speed), but they seemed unable to comprehend what the problem was. I don't think the person was a native English speaker despite being called "Winston". The conversation kept going around in circles until eventually I gave up. Other than that, it seems like a neat little computer, and I am looking forward to experimenting with it.
