I ordered this device to replace a defective one that I have used for 3 years. It is impossible to pair with my phone (nexus 5x). I rebooted my phone, replaced the battery and tried turning on and off several times. I would order a different device if I receive a refund

It is very difficult to connect and if i make it after many tries after a few minutes it is disconnect and the phone cant find it. I am not happy to buy it and i have order an other belt.

When it arrived I checked and the battery was fully charged and inserted correctly, but there was no way of pairing it with my phone or with the other 3 phones i tried with. Does not even show up when you search for bluetooth devices
