ola boa noite recebi a fechadura mas esta faltando peça mandei foto da parte que falta favor verificar para mim grato

Recebi a fechadura, porém a parte das travas não veio, conforme foto anexo.

Produto veio faltando o corpo da fechadura, principal mecanismo de travamento. Estou quase 1 mes mandando mensagem pro Banggood ms não me respondem pq estão curtindo a festa da primavera!

The menu was in chinese and with no instructions in english it was a litlle bit difficult to change to english. Also beware it is without lock core - you have to buy extra. It is a big, well constructed door lock and can be placed on outside door.
