( normal ) Collet type fan adapter. Twist on cone. Fan is a thick solid unit, should hold up to high revs and power. Shaft is 5mm turned down to 4mm at fan end. 12 tooth stator and 8 pole. Quality looks good. Will test with an 80A ESC on 4s. Very nice and only $23 plus free shipping.
