Great little device, solid works well, The probe that comes with it is non shrouded, works well, however I purchased an additional probe that was enclosed in stainless steel shroud so could be used with liquids

had to open and fix it as the battery contacts were rusted inside cleaned them now working ok

Nice little meter Range button increase reading from 2 digits to 3. Example: 20 degrees Celcius to 20.1. There's no english manual only Chinese.
