Q: Why does the SSH terminal show the actual resolution is 1920x1080, inconsistent with the advertised 3840x2160 (4K)? And why do video quality issues occur such as freezing, unstable images and artifacts?

A: This device supports manual resolution adjustment, with the factory default set to 1080P/90fps (not a fixed resolution) and 4K resolution available for manual switching. However, the 4K mode has high hardware requirements for your device: ordinary mobile phones lack sufficient decoding capability, which will easily cause lags, freezes and other issues. A mobile phone with Snapdragon 8 or above processor is required for optimal 4K performance.

Video freezes, unstable images and artifacts are not caused by the device itself, but mostly by underperforming mobile phone hardware that fails to meet the usage requirements. Additionally, manually increasing the image transmission bit rate/resolution beyond the device's default settings will lead to screen glitches due to insufficient mobile phone decoding capability. The device's default image transmission parameters will deliver a smooth experience when used on a compatible device that meets the configuration requirements.
