the product is defective, optical problem at the top of the image which is blurred despite the adjustment of the focus, awaiting resolution with the customer service which does not take me seriously. I am very disappointed at the moment

Received after 40 days without any follow-up or customer service news despite my repeated requests (I'm not a VIP , is that why I didn't get a reply?). The product itself is very aesthetic, it is very well packed (important for a trip to Europe from hong kong). Image quality at the rdv. To be continued. I withdraw a star for the after sales service that has been non-existent to date and the absence of europe guarantee.

Le produit en lui même est très esthétique, il est très bien emballé (important pour un voyage vers l'europe depuis hong kong). Qualité d'image au rdv. à suivre. Je retire une étoile pour le service après vente qui a été inexistant à ce jour et l'absence de garantie europe.

good machine, the sound is good but I have plug my harmann Kardon on top off. you can add netflix but a mouse has to be connected to choise your movie. Delivery much faster than expected, three weeks. Impressed by the image quality in projection on a white wall. I am going to buy a lumen screen because I want to change the projection spot but the brightness is such that the roughness is smoothed. A little disturbed by the "true motion" side where everything looks like documentaries, but I have the same problem with modern TVs. Maybe I'll find an option to diminish the effect, not looked at yet. Cannot install Netflix trying lots of different apks. I ended up buying an Amazon firestick, I recommend you do it as soon as you order banggood to enjoy as soon as received. Arte, France TV, Netflix Amazon prime in "simple" mode In the end, an exceptional experience, it is really pleasant to watch on a very large screen, much less tiring. A little disappointed with the sound, which I find too low. I haven't explored the possibilities to plug in my Bose bare or something.

Livraison bien plus rapide qu’escomptée, trois semaines. Impressionné par la qualité d’image en projection sur un mur blanc. Je vais acheter un écran lumene car je veux changer la place de projection mais la luminosité est telle que les aspérités sont lissées. Un peu perturbé par le côté « true Motion » où tout ressemble à des documentaires, mais j’ai le même problème avec ttes les télés modernes. Peut être que je vais trouver une option pour diminuer l’effet, pas encore regardé. Impossible d’installer Netflix en essayant plein d’apks différent. J’ai fini par acheter une firestick Amazon, je vous recommande de le faire dès votre commande banggood pour profiter dès réception. Arte, france TV, Netflix Amazon prime en mode « simple » Au final, expérience exceptionnelle, c’est vraiment plaisant de regarder en très grand écran, bien moins fatiguant. In SDR everything goes well superb colors. In HDR by C+ satellite (Hlg?), it's more difficult or impossible to fix, well I haven't been able so far! I don't have any problems with brightness/contrast but for the colors, it's very delicate. The big F1 prices, for example, I can't do anything. Apart from that everything is going very well, it is even equipped with a 60/100% zoom that allows to almost cover the transition from a 16/9 format to a 2,35/2,39 format. It is missing 10% and obliges to place it lower and further from the screen but for amateurs and provided to have a screen format 2.35/2.39, it is exceptional! An HDR update, HLG might solve my problem? See you soon

En SDR tout va bien superbes couleurs. En HDR par satellite C+ ( Hlg ?), c'est plus délicat voire impossible à régler, enfin je n'ai pas pu jusqu'à présent ! Je n'ai pas de soucis de luminosité/contraste mais pour les couleurs, c'est très délicat. Les grands prix de F1 par exemple, je n'arrive à rien. En dehors de cela tout va très bien, il est même équipé d'un zoom 60/100 % qui permet de quasiment couvrir le passage d'un format 16/9 à un format 2,35/2,39. Il manque 10% et oblige à le placer plus bas et plus loin de l'écran mais pour les amateurs et à condition d'avoir un écran format 2,35/2,39, c'est exceptionnel ! Great picture. The MEMC in medium mode does wonders. Great product. The sound is also excellent.

The images are great and the sound is identical, but the remote control is very bad. The configuration options are also very weak.
