Delivery to Croatia, item received after 21 days from order by GLS. Perfect packaging. The object fits the description perfectly. Simple installation, simple instructions, software I haven't tried yet, but it with resset button its functions perfectly. Careful calibration is required depending on the material to be engraved. after long waiting of shipment, finally arrived few weeks ago, Neje was easy assembly, 2 part s of machine, the software easy to use, good for beginner, a special laser engraving extension for inkscape available under their link, gcode created from vector, DXF, SVG, fine line to cut.. it is good tool, very useful, recommended product.

7W laser kit was packaged well. I have included pictures of package and my assembly of it. The kit had included parts and tools shown. The included wrench was provided to tighten the 4 mounting nuts. The Allen wrench will be handy as I had also bought a less power laser (3.5W) that I can swap in for art work. I read possibly the stronger 7W could be perhaps too hot and burn a deeper image. When I get to use both laser 3.5W/7W, I will then know this approach has merit. It should work fine. I am also

received two days ago in just XX days from order with EU Priority Line to Italy Packing was done good with no damages. Installation tooks only 15 minutes, plus half a hour for further checks of the mechanics that showed no defect. After less than one hour I was ready to engrave and cut. After a couple of engraving I tried to perform a cut on a balsa sheet 3mm thk. some tweaks were necessary to fing a suitable setting and I can easily cut balsa 3mm with less than 60% power and 4 pass.
