You just need to make sure there is enough space in front of the unit for the keyboard. I then turned on bluetooth on my phone, which searched for and found it and recognised it as a keyboard. I just selected it to begin the pairing process and in a few seconds it was my input device and worked well. It was a good buy and well worth the money. The unit its self
