The GT46950 PRO hits very close to specs, the beam is nice and balanced, and the 32000mAh power bank feature is very handy. The Turbo runtime is extremely short, though, but the power is there if you need it for a quick blast. The LUMINTOP UI Strobe glitch is still present, where the light flickers like mad if you ramp up brightness from Strobe, SOS or Beacon.
