I've had it on several meters over the past days. Even made a special cable for it, so I don't have to resort to crocodile clips on the SMA connector. My meters only go up to 4.5 digits (Extech and Fluke), but the voltage I'm seeing is not very stable, moving up and down up to 30mV over the course of a day and 0.1mV up or down every couple of seconds. Either both my meters are unstable, or the voltage reference is. I will be getting another (likely AD584 based) reference to compare this against (and maybe a nice 6.5 digit meter in the future). I will also print an enclosure, insulate it and try to include temperature measurements with my voltage measurements.
