Hi, i ordered 4 of these to connect them to my home automation system, but i ran into a very big issue with the contacts. They will only send out a message when the contact is disconnected. But they do not send a message when the magnets are together again! Which means that this can only work as an alarm system, and only works if the alarm is active when the change magent disconnects. Which renders the contact useless for a lot of systems. 1 big note for alarm systems: it will only give an alarm if all the contacts are closed before the alarm is enabled. as it does not detect if the contact was closed or not.
