I tested it and it works fine. I did verify the actual voltage versus what the charger is reading and i found that it's about 5mv in front the digital meter. So what i did was i took the actual battery voltage from my meter and stop the charge when it reaches it. Or i can re-program the voltage and increase or reduce it to the coincide with my digital meter. With all of that, it functions and i am happy with it.
