I received the machine ordered on May 15th on May 19. The delivery was very fast. Then I tried it with a nespresso capsule. The next day I tried a Dolce Gusto capsule with the adaptor. The boiling started and the machine stopped shortly after that. The opening arm is stuck, it won't open, I can't get the capsule holder out, and I can't use the machine since. I opened a ticket because of the problem, but it's just the bullshit, no actual solution has been received in almost 2 weeks. I regret that I chose this machine and that this page.

A május 15-én megrendelt gépet május 19-én kaptam meg. Nagyon gyors volt a kiszállítás. Akkor ki is próbáltam egy nespresso kapszulával. Tökéletes volt. Másnap egy Dolce Gusto kapszulát próbáltam a hozzá való adapterrel. Elindult a lefőzés és nemsokra rá leállt a gép. A nyitó kar beragadt, nem nyílik fel, nem tudom kivenni a kapszulatartót és azóta nem tudom használni a gépet. Nyitottam jegyet a probléma miatt, de csak a mellébeszélés megy, tényleges megoldás lassan 2 hete nem érkezett. Bánom, hogy ezt a gépet választottam, és, hogy ezt az oldalt.
