    The packaging leaves much to be desired. One was broken but I can repair it. Cute little skeletons for decorating. These will be best hung up but could be used laying down. ONLY the legs are hinged at the hips. Everything else is one piece and does not bend easily. A person may be able to use a heat gun or hair dryer to heat at a joint and slowly bend the joint. I do not know how much I would trust doing that. As I said, these would be great hung up. The photo is exactly what you will get.
