The usual beam on the regular frame. The chamfers have not been removed and have to be refined with a file.

I used 4 of these to convert my 9 inch quad to 7 inch. they are 4mm thickness so I would recommend buying a spare. I haven't had vibrations issues both the 7 inch arms, so they should be good!
