Item received in a cardboard box with no packing around it. One mounting bracket on one of the fans was broken and the some of the cooling fins were bent. The packing for shipping could be better. I epoxied the mounting braket and straightened the bent cooling fins. The fans worked as they should after the repair. The cooling was not as cold as I expected, but I think it is due to the power supply not having enough amps. I hope to make a mini fridge for my automobile with this.
