I just received it and seems there is no quality control, the internal battery will not charge only the base battery charges. Now imagine how long it will take to get this resolved. Lets see.

BG106532113 from what I understand the external battery charges the internal battery so you must at first have both connected and charging for it to finish charging up the internal battery
