Item came from Banggood.com I unwrapped the black plastic only to find that the box was damaged, when I removed the inverter and hooked it up to my Batteries and turned it on, NO WORK, doubled checked the cables were in fact tight and secure. I contacted Banggood.com to inform them that I believe the inverter is defective, and they asked for photos of the 4000w inverter, the box, the shipping label etc. I sent these through to them, waited for their reply which was to send a Video and to post it on to Youtube which I did, this is the link https://youtu.be/pr05tOKQs48 I emailed the link to Banggood.com showing the inverter hooked up to my bank of batteries, in this video I showed myself switching the inverter on and off, and nothing was illuminating, lights etc, in the same video I showed my old 2500w inverter working from the same bank of batteries. Lights and sound working OK. I waited for a reply which they told me that they wanted myself to remove the back cover of the inverter and check the fuse as it may be Loose? So, inside these inverter's are "transformers, Diodes and other electrical eq. that hold power (even when turned off.) They want me to open this and check for a loose fuse. NO WAY BANGGOOD. COM. the inverter has a label over a section stating that if removed "Warranty will be Void" so for these two reasons I will not open the back of inverter. I think Banggood.com are just playing me out, waiting for us to give in.
