I was incredibly happy to discover that this item is incredibly easy to use and that the buttons are all in English. This Tens machine is far better than the XFT-320 I also purchased from Bang Good. The current is much stronger and will put out enough current to flex your muscles and also stimulate your nerves. It came in 30 days which is slow, had Russian labels around the LCD screen but English on the buttons. Not much of an inconvenience. It also came with a 220 volt usb electrical supply. The photo in the ad shows the 220v supply plug but the order documentation states it will come with the supply voltage

When I received this item I was excited to use it on my lower back which seems to be stiff from time to time. The instructions were straight forward and it was easy to use right out of the box. I am not sure if this product shipped with bad batteries or if it just eats batteries. On my second use (first use was only for 15 minutes) the batteries were dead. I used the included USB power adapter and the system worked fine... Also the included pads would not stick on the second use. I was careful using them and stored them correctly but they fell off on the second use. I put elastic bandage around them to hold them in place and I have ordered 5 sets of replacement pads. I hope they last longer
