Camera 4K never recorded on SD card. No deal with costumer service yet. I am still waiting warranty since first email it was month ago. Back and forth 18 e-mails where all questions has been answered. I agree with last solution they ask for, but even isn't too fix the DOA product. I don't want wait anymore they won I'm tired. Until now they still not yet give me partial refund and I have not working product. I'm done with it. They just want sell and make money.
