The product seems good. It comes very well packaged, in its original box. I can't try it because it is a gift and it won't be tried until May 19th, which is the birthday. I hope it works well and has no issues. I had a problem with the shipping; they didn’t send me the air pump. I opened a claim, and the Banggood people ignored me. They told me they would respond in 24 or 48 hours, but they didn’t. Five days later, they sent me a message saying again that they would respond in 24 or 48 hours, and nothing. After a few days, I received the package with the missing air pump, and then I withdrew the claim. But the customer service is terrible; they haven’t said anything to me all this time, they just limited themselves to waiting to see what happens.

El producto parece bueno. Viene muy bien embalado, en su caja original. No puedo probarlo porque es un regalo y hasta el 19 de mayo que es el cumpleaños, no se probará. Espero que funcione bien y no tenga problemas. Tuve un problema con el envío, no me mandaron la bomba de aire. Abrí una reclamación y los de bangood pasaron de mí. Me dijeron que me contestarían en 24 o 48 horas, pero no lo hicieron. A los cinco días me mandan un mensaje diciendo otra vez que me contestarán en 24 o 48 horas, y nada. Pasados unos días, recibí el paquete con la bomba de aire que faltaba y entonces retiré la reclamación. Pero la atención al cliente es malísima, no me han dicho nada en todo el tiempo, se han limitado a esperar a ver qué pasa.
